• User Responsibility: Real estate brokers, channel partners, developers, and property owners (“Subscribers”) are strictly responsible for the accuracy, licensing, and authorization of all photos, architectural floor plans, pre-recorded media, and project details uploaded to our platform.
• Authorization: Subscribers warrant that they hold the necessary rights, licenses, or express permission from property owners or developers to showcase project assets and branding within our browser-based AI video calls.
• Liability Exemption: Enlargenet acts as a technology service provider (SaaS) rendering user-provided media into interactive AI video experiences and assumes no liability for unauthorized uploads by platform subscribers.

3. AI SITE VISIT Brand & Proprietary Media Usage

• Intellectual Property Protection: The AI SITE VISIT^TM brand name, website design, proprietary AI video player interface, software code, logos, domain name (aisitevisit.com), and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Enlargenet.
• Restrictions on Use: Master Franchisees, subscribers, and external partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use official AI SITE VISIT^TM brand assets solely for promoting platform services within their authorized scope.
• Prohibited Modifications: Altering, cropping, re-coloring, or misrepresenting official AI SITE VISIT^TM logos, trademarks, or platform UI screenshots without prior written consent from Enlargenet is strictly prohibited.
