Welcome to AI SITE VISITTM (operated by Enlargenet). By accessing or using our platform, website (aisitevisit.com), browser-based AI video walkthrough services, or purchasing a subscription or Master Franchise license, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing any service provided by Enlargenet (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “Subscriber,” or “Master Franchisee”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Support Policy, and our Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy.

2. Description of Service

AI SITE VISITTM is a SaaS platform providing interactive, browser-based, AI-hosted video calls and virtual property tours for real estate developers, brokers, consultants, and individual property owners.

  • Browser-Natively Hosted: Our services operate directly inside standard mobile and desktop web browsers without requiring app downloads.
  • Service Availability: While we strive for continuous platform availability, temporary downtime may occur for technical maintenance, server upgrades, or infrastructure issues beyond our control.

3. User Account & Account Security

  • Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify us at vineet@aisitevisit.com of any suspected breach of security or unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use & Property Content Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Listings: Subscribers (Brokers, Developers, Owners) are solely responsible for ensuring that all property floor plans, media assets, location specs, and pricing guidelines uploaded or provided to the AI video engine are true, accurate, and lawful.
  • Compliance with Laws: Users must ensure their property listings comply with local real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and advertising laws.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the platform, reverse-engineer our AI engine, upload illegal or infringing content, or attempt to bypass security measures.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Platform Ownership: All software code, AI models, video processing engines, branding, logos, graphics, and proprietary workflows associated with AI SITE VISITTM remain the exclusive property of Enlargenet.
  • User Media: You retain ownership of the original property photos, architectural files, and media assets you upload. By uploading content, you grant Enlargenet a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, host, and render that content within the AI SITE VISITTM platform.

6. Master Franchisee & Territory Rights

  • License Scope: Master Franchisees are granted exclusive distribution and revenue-share rights for their assigned city or geographic tier, as detailed in their executed 2-Year Master Partner Agreement.
  • Net Revenue Share: Revenue payouts are calculated on Net Realized Revenue (gross customer payments excluding GST, payment gateway charges, banking processing fees, and chargebacks).
  • Compliance: Franchisees must adhere to brand guidelines and represent the platform professionally within their assigned territory.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Enlargenet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, real estate deal dropouts, data loss, or business interruption.
  • The total liability of Enlargenet for any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to Enlargenet in the preceding three (3) months.

8. Termination of Service

  • By User: You may terminate your subscription at any time via your portal dashboard or by contacting support.
  • By Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
