Payment Terms, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

At AI SITE VISITTM (operated by Enlargenet), we strive to deliver transparent billing and seamless service for all our SaaS subscriptions and Master Franchise licenses. This policy outlines the terms governing payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and revenue-sharing settlements across our platform.

1. Payment Terms & Processing

  • Payment Gateways & Methods: All transactions are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways, net banking, credit/debit cards, UPI, or official Bank NEFT/RTGS transfers.
  • Advance Billing: All SaaS subscription plans (Broker, Developer, and Individual Owner plans) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
  • Taxes & Invoicing: All listed fees are subject to applicable taxes (including 18% GST) as mandated by the Government of India. Official tax invoices will be issued under Enlargenet (GSTIN: 06ADIPB5368H3ZJ).

2. Master Franchise Revenue Settlements (Net Revenue Basis)

  • Gross vs. Net Revenue Calculation: Revenue-share payouts for Master Franchisees (e.g., 25% or 35% commission tiers) are calculated strictly on Net Realized Revenue.
  • Deductions: Net Realized Revenue excludes mandatory transactional costs, including:
    • Payment gateway processing charges (e.g., 1.5%–3% gateway fees)
    • Bank transaction fees, chargebacks, and gateway adjustment deductions
    • Applicable government taxes (GST)
  • Payout Calculation: The franchisee's percentage cut is applied after these standard banking, gateway, and tax deductions are settled from the gross customer payment.

3. Subscription Renewals & Auto-Debit

  • Recurring Subscriptions: SaaS subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Failed Payments: If an automated renewal charge fails due to banking errors, a 3-day grace period is granted before active AI video links and portal services are temporarily paused.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • SaaS Accounts: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the account portal or by emailing vineet@aisitevisit.com. Service remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
  • Master Franchise Licenses: Master Franchise cancellations and contract terminations are governed strictly by the clauses, notice periods, and terms established in the signed 2-Year Master Partner Agreement.

5. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable SaaS Subscriptions: Because cloud processing resources and AI hosting servers are provisioned immediately upon account activation, all SaaS subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Unused Period & Partial Months: We do not issue prorated refunds, cash credits, or partial returns for unused subscriber days or early account terminations.
  • Master Franchise Fees: One-time Master Franchise licensing fees are non-refundable once territory allocation and onboarding processes are executed.
  • Duplicate Charges: In the event of a system glitch or accidental double charge, the duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days upon verification.
